Yoga Glamping Retreat — Join Us!

For those who were hoping for an exciting report about our Inaugural Yoga Glamping Retreat, the news is that the show did not go on because of spring flooding in the mountains! Although we were, of course, disappointed, the good news is that we experienced neither danger nor discomfort in what would have been extremely challenging conditions. The even better news is that we’ve rescheduled the Yoga Glamping Retreat to take place this autumn and there’s space for you to join us! Here are the revised details:

A 3-Night Excursion – Friday, October 5 to Monday, October 8
(This is Columbus Day weekend.)

Where
Carolina River Ranch on the Little Tennessee River in Franklin, North Carolina.
This location is a 3.5-hour drive from Charlotte in the heart of the Great Smoky Mountains.
In addition to 12 Glamping Tents, Carolina River Ranch offers a 20’ x 40’ Yoga Tent, new deluxe bath house, outdoor kitchen, hot tub on the river, sweat lodge and easy access to offsite activities, including Hiking in the Great Smoky Mountains and Tubing/Kayaking on the Little Tennessee River. Our group will have exclusive access to the property, so you’ll have lots of space for fun and exploration – lots of privacy too!

Cost
Discounted Pricing Includes Accommodations, Food and Activities
from Friday Dinner through Monday Breakfast.
Transportation to/from Franklin is
the responsibility of each participant.
The Early Bird Discount runs through August 24, 2018 and
a $150 non-refundable deposit (per person) will save your space.

Fridays Are Fabulous at Yoga for Life!

There’s always something a little different happening on Friday nights at Yoga for Life! Sometimes its a class or a workshop, occasionally a special gathering, but here’s what we have planned for June.  Use your regular Class Pass for these 75-minute classes that begin at 6:00 p.m.

Meditation Mondays

Meditation is an important part of a balanced and healthy life.  Centered Wellness offers an opportunity every Monday to practice and hosts at least one meditation workshop each month.

Morning Meditation Class
9:45-10:45 a.m

This one-hour class includes instruction, a period of practice and an opportunity for feedback and discussion.  The class is appropriate for students of all experience levels.  Click on the “Meditation” tab above to learn more about our meditation workshops and retreats.
